Plank Challenge
DEVICES - 1-4 PERSONS - 1 or 2
ACTIONS
Action 1 - Blue Screen (proximity enabled)
Action 2 - Green Screen
Action 3 - Red Screen
DESCRIPTION - Take a plank position with the devices right in front of you (if you have more than 1 device postion them 20 cms apart from each other). When the Blue Screen shows on the screen use the proximity sensor on your phone camera or tap the screen to record your reaction time. The Green and Red Screens act as a distraction. By the end of the training check your average reaction time.

DESCRIPTION - Position 5 Football balls on the penalty zone. Follow the Images and Shoot accordingly. Get back the balls (in 60 seconds) and repeat the exercise 5 times.

ACTIONS
Action 1 - Left Arrow Image
Action 2 - Right Arrow Image
DESCRIPTION - Place 3 objects in a triangular shape. Each side of the triangle should have between 4-5 meters.Choose a vertice of the triangle as the base. Place the phone in front of you and between the 2 other vertices. The App will display 2 random images (left or right arrows) with an interval of 5-8 seconds.
If the image is a left arrow you should run as fast as you can to the left vertice and return to the Base vertice as soon as possible. if the image is a right arrow you should do the same thing with the right vertice.
The training will repeat in 3 rounds of 3 mins active and 30 sec of pause\nIf you want to make the exercise more challenging, you can perform a physical exercice (ex: 3 burpees) everytime you touch a vertice.
