These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Reaction Timer Training mobile application (the «Service») operated by Reaction Timer Training («us», «we», or «our»).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Reaction Timer Training mobile application (the «Service»).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Premium Subscription

This section only applies when you purchase and/or subscribe to Premium version or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee you get access to Premium version during the time your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms.
All subscriptions with Premium version are paid in advance.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for.
If you have subscribed to Premium through the use of App Store using in-app purchase, you can only cancel your subscription through the use this service.
Subscription fees can be found in the mobile application.
Reaction Timer Training reserves the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.
All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s consent.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
